What kind of skills do you need in order to work here?

Strong analytics skill and communication skill.
In my daily job , I need to work closely with other Fab areas to resolve excursion, identify gaps and propose creative measures to prevent or minimize excursion impact.
I need to monitor trend and pay attention to my data. Any uptrend, downtrend need to be brought up immediately for the attention to the team with potential toggles.
