What are the 3 top qualities required to succeed in your role?

Personally, for my role requires me to think outside the box.

I would probably start with Creativity and Innovation. To reach out to the competitive market, we need to be able to be able to capture the attention of the audience and stand out. Believe it or not, the way we tell our story need to be innovative as well. (ie: The story of the Tortise and the Hare, we've heard it a million time, but how you tell the story needs to appeal to the audience), so yeah! be creative and innovative.

I do talk a lot, and this role require me to do so as well. Building Relationship and Communication is important as well. May it be with the leadership team, cross-functional teams and external stakeholder. Having a clear and effective communication is a must for this role. This is to make sure we are able to share our ideas and explain our strategies well. I believe in the quote, "Everyone can talk, but not everyone can communicate effectively."

Lastly, i would think being able to Think Strategically is in the list. Its competitive in this field, the only different one from the next is how a person is able to create and implement strategy, may it be for a campaign or to help with the business focus/goals. At the end of the day, we will need to learn the trends and the market dynamics for us to be able to anticipate and adapt to changes in the workforce landscape.
