How do I join an organisation like Micron Technology after my Mtech in MVLSI design from University of Hyderabad?

I am pursuing my MTech in Microelectronic and VLSI design from University of Hyderabad and I am interested in semiconductor technology. I love to work with the organisation in which they work on wafer and do the process of photolithography, implementation, etching etc. How do I enter in such prestigious organization?
