What energizes me is that I felt my ideas and opinions are heard and valued; people are open to give feedback for the purpose of helping me to grow and become a better person. There’s desired level of trust and you are not be afraid to ask questions during meetings. I am most grateful for having leaders and coworkers who not only focus on performance and KPIs, but also care about my wellbeing and career development.
