Besides Micron's values, what does it mean to be a culture fit at Micron?

My point of view is that we are not only looking at hiring people who believes in our values and culture, ‘culture add’ is something we value during the hiring process as Micron has been making great efforts and progress in the space of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. To truly accelerate innovation, we want to attract individuals who are diverse in their skillset and ways of thinking or doing things, and when we all are working towards creating an inclusive culture to allow diverse ideas, voices and perspectives being heard and seen, that will continuously drive Micron to achieve greater heights and to attract the best talents to join us.
