This year, we are also receiving recognition on a much larger scale. Micron has been recognized in Asia for offering great compensation, benefits, training and career growth opportunities.

Micron achieved its goal of comprehensive global pay equity, a key pillar in our diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) initiative. Our ten employee resource groups (ERGs) support and empower team members in myriad ways. Membership in ERGs grew 87% in 2021 to more than 12,500 participants. Singapore and Malaysia have achieved gender parity, and the number of women being hired at our other sites is growing.
