Hi Robert, there are many different ways for TMs to learn and develop their skills. If it's part of your job requirements, you will learn a lot from on the job training, peer learning and hands on experiences. Even if it's not part of your job skill requirements, you can still learn that through Micron University and other elearning channels Micron subscribed.
