At Micron, promotion and performance assessment are performed based on the results you achieved and how your achieve them. And I really like Micron’s dedicated efforts in DEI where equal opportunities are given to candidates who are ready regardless of who they are and how they look. Micron Women Leadership Network, one of the Employee Resources Groups I am taking part in have offered me expansive development opportunities and exposure to improve my skillset outside of my job role.
