At Micron you own your career. We have a system called JOP (Job Opportunity Program), basically you can check the internal vacancies and if there is any positions you want to challenge you can apply to it, you will have a normal interview process with the hiring manager(s) and if you pass you can move to the next role.
I personally used this system and moved from Campus Recruiter to Talent Branding Program Manager.
