For me it was about the people I talked with during my interview process.
In fact when you start working in a company you will spend there 8-10 or even more hours a day...I truly believe that there is no point of spending half of your life with people you do not like, so for me the most important thing when it comes to an employment is "people".
PEOPLE is also one of Micron`s core values, and from my very first interview I thought that the people I was talking with were SUPER nice, and the more I was advancing with my interview process, the more I was thinking so.
Honestly I could not be happier of my choice! :-)
