In my own opinion the biggest company`s value is PEOPLE. We really care about our team members, especially during this difficult times with COVID. After joining Micron I actually was very surprised to see how much we care about our people, it never happened to me before in any other company I was working at.

Yap agree with Marco. Micron's biggest company's value is People. While Micron’s technology leadership focuses on delivering cost competitiveness and customer value, it constantly nurturing a high performance and high productivity workplace and valuing the TMs. Micron Singapore has been certified as a Great Place to work for the third consecutive year, this recognition from Great place to work, the global authority on workplace culture is a testament to Micron’s consistent focus on employee growth, well being and culture of diversity, quality and inclusion.
