At Micron we have five values: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration and Customer Focus.
In my opinion, the skills that I value the most are from these values and they are Collaboration and Tenacity. Collaboration is very important for any team/organization's success. And tenacity for never giving up and keep trying.
