What skills have you gained since you joined?

I graduated with a bachelor degree of chemical engineering. When I joined Micron I was new to the semiconductor field with no background of how wafers are being processed.
Micron took good cares of this and provided comprehensive training. We were provided with one month training where we went through Micron’s history, how the wafers are being processed and completed for manufacturing, the softwares that we are going to use to facilitate our work. After that we had on job training where I was being assigned with one mentor, who assisted me on my learning process, and my supervisor who constantly checks with me to make sure that I have access to all the resources and that I am in the right track by conducting regular 1 to 1 sessions with me. Through all the trainings and guidance I grew, become confident and capable with my role and constantly develop myself.
