Tell me about the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is the opportunity to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds in an End-to-End project team, in which I get to learn new things from the team and am able to share my experience as well. The whole process actually makes me grow as a person, because it helps me realized that everybody is unique and got something to share with the world, no matter what kind of role he/she is currently at, so it is very important to have an open mind, to communicate, to learn and to share. When I look back, I used to be a very shy and quiet person at work. Thanks to the wonderful experiences at Micron, I am now able to share my thoughts and experiences freely with my colleagues and drive impacts for the company.
