Unable to speak the native languages of some non-English speaking project partners. It limits my ability to EMPATIZE, influence and build deeper CONNECTIONS with them.

I would say the lack of time. There are sooooo many things to do and to learn, but time is never enough...in a way I think is actually a good thing because this pushes you to prioritize things, which is very important. But I wish we could have a 40 hours day, instead of 24!
