Working in a global team that requires engagement with stakeholders around the globe while being located in Asia is never easy. Besides drinking coffee, what helps me boost my engagement for remote work and working during non-standard hours is the flexi work arrangement; and most importantly, it’s the leaders and coworkers I’ve been working with, who are accountable, collaborative and empathetic. As we work towards achieving our team’s goals, I know they also care about my wellbeing and personal engagement.
