Managing the time and avoid burnout. Collaborating across different time zone requires me to show up effectively in meetings or discussions during odd hours. I had to work it out with my families and help my kids understand what's going on with her mom's work and rest schedule. Fortunately, things worked out well after a couple of months' adjustment after I stepped into the global role.
