Personally I believe that work-life balance is not something that a company gives to you, but rather something you achieve.
In fact when you start working in any company the first few months are challenging, as you need to learn a lot of new things, but little by little you become more and more comfortable, which means it will take you less time to do a certain task, and that is how you achieve work-life balance, by optimizing your time management skills.
In my role I have a very good balance between work and my personal time. Of course, sometime we have to do some extra miles due to deadlines, but, in my experience, as long as you can deliver what you are supposed to, managing your time is possible.
