It's the positive impact that I made on people's personal or professional growth, and it doesn't have to be something that's humongous. It could be a thought process, an additional lens, a model, a framework or simply how to ask good coaching questions or having a better conversation, etc. Bit by bit, it helps people develop a deeper level of self-awareness, empathy and skills needed to build trust and achieve better results, and all these are instrumental to an individual or an team’s engagement and performance.
