Sr. Program Manager, People Development
There are a variety of ways. I would firstly recommend mentoring, where you can seek out the experiences from senior team members who 'have been there' before. You can always reach out to your leaders, skip-level leaders, peers, project partners or someone you got to know from your collaboration network to ask for opinions, feedback, and advice. The key thing here is being open and proactive to reach out, be bold to ask questions and to listen. Also, I would say senior employees doesn't necessarily associated with people's tenure, it could be their level of expertise and experiences possessed by someone who's new to the organization.
