Many of our new team members come from a non engineerign background (e.g. chemistry, biology etc). We do have an extensive training that covers everything from zero, so that also people who do not have an education in semiconductors can pick up fast. It takes about 6 months to go through the whole initial training.
Moreover, we do have a mentorship program, which means a new hired from university will always have someoneone who he/she can ask things to.
