In my opinion, those who achieved their career success are generally disciplined, dedicated, open to opportunities, changes, and challenges, have clear career goals and personal vision. It's pivotal to call out that everyone defines success differently, and here at Micron, we encourage employees to define how their career success look like and provide the resources and tools to help our team members to achieve their own success.
