I think it's the mindset and perseverance that set people apart. The way how people think and perceive challenges, changes, setbacks, and dilemmas etc. affects their motivation, behaviors, and performance. Truly embracing a growth mindset requires courage, tenacity, and vulnerability. It’s easy said than done.
