What's your top tip for doing well at interview ?

Be well prepared and confident when interview. Don’t panic yourself 🙆🏻‍♀️ If meet the question that can’t answer, calm your mind and answer what you know.

Put yourself in the interviewer’s shoes, ask yourself if you are hiring someone for this position, what kind of relevant skills, knowledge, experience and personal attributes you want to observe from this person? Self-assess not only how well you fit into the position (do a personal SWOT(Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats), but also the working culture, the pace and the overall Micron’s mission, vision and values. Be well-prepared, and be honest.

Do some research on the company background and be confident while answering the interviewer's questions. Always prepare some questions for the interviewer as well, as it shows you are concerned. Be straight to the point on your achievements as it will portray your self confidence.

In my opinion looking for a job is like getting married, and in this sense interviewing is like dating: the purpose of the interview is to see if you like the company and if the company likes you. Therefore I think is crucial that at this stage you show who you really are, otherwise the other party wont understand if they like you or not. Is also important to be prepared and show to the interviewer(s) that you have a good understanding about the role you are interviewing for.

Be well prepared before the interview, do some researches about the job and read through some FAQ. Most importantly be confident.
