What's your top tip for doing well at interview?

In my opinion a job interview is like a date: is a chance to get to know each other and see whether there is a fit. In fact once you join the company you will spend there 8-10 hours a day, and there is no point in doing that if you do not like the environment and the people you work with. Therefore is very important to show your true colors, who you really are during the interview process.
Therefore my advice for doing well at an interview is to be yourself and try to imagine how would be working with the people you talk with during the process :-)
