We believe our best innovation springs from our team members' diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds.
Our Board of Directors is now 50% female and our female senior leadership grew from 13.5% in 2019 to 15% in 2020. We are working to increase female technical talent by advocating through the Micron Foundation for more diversity in college and university engineering programs around the world.
Historically, our study has focused on gender globally. We have expanded it to focus on all underrepresented groups: women and people with disabilities (globally) and veterans, Blacks and Hispanics (U.S.). Our efforts go well beyond compliance or checking the box — we are committed to pay equity for all.
