I review, price and release materials. If the material does not have a price in Impact ECS system, I build the corporate cost for them. Besides that, end of the most we support closing by building cost for the missing rates in Impact ECS.

We have lots of system enhancements and automation projects ongoing

In my department, a lot of the processes done are very manual and repetitive, so as a result, to ensure the process is more efficient and effective our team decided to initiate this project.

When you are at the start of your career, you will definitely find yourself feeling very overwhelmed with the amount of things you'll have to learn and work yourself around. Its normal to feel this way as you are out of your comfort zone. In order for you to grow, you'll need to be in these situations. Always remember that this is temporary and you'll get through this! Never give up on yourself. Don't be afraid to voice out if you find anything that can be improved and made more comprehensive. Be confident and work smart.

I helped introduce a new variant for customer return/obsolete material

When I was working on review, price and release of customer return/obsolete materials, I found that the report took a long time (45 minutes) to pull out as I would need to pull out all the materials in PA Hold que and only filter out these materials. I worked with the SAP specialist to create a new variant in SAP to pull out only the customer return/obsolete materials.
