Talent Brand Leader, Event Expert, and Media Specialist

Throughout my career, there are several key moves which defined my professional journey, each driven by passion, growth and purpose. One of my significant career moves was joining Micron Technology, where currently I am now as one of the APAC Talent Brand Manager. This role marked such a significant shift into the tech industries, aligning my expertise in communication and branding with my passion for connecting people to opportunities. I was inspired by the challenge of enhancing the Micron's employer brand in competitive markets and contributing directly to the company's global talent Attraction goals. With over a decade of experience in event management and communication, I also have the privilege of organizing large-scale events, leading corporate communications, and also engaging with diverse audiences. My passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering meaningful connections has always been at the core of my career. The experience in my previous company as trainer, motivator has strengthen my leadership, negotiation, and project management skills, positioning me for senior roles in people operations and talent branding. While working, my focus on self development continues as i am currently pursuing my PhD. My research into online streaming consumption and digital media trend reflects my deep interest in understanding audience behavior and digital communication strategies. This academy journey will enhances my professional capabilities, enabling me to craft employer branding campaigns that resonate with target audiences. At the end of the day, each move in my career has been driven by my desire to grow, make an impact, and bridge communication with connection, with hope that these values that i uphold will continue to guide my professional path.

APAC Talent Brand Manager | Driving Employer Branding Across Asia

As an APAC Talent Brand Manager at Micron Technology, I lead the employer branding initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, driving strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract top talent. I work closely with the TA leads in high-impact campaigns, including critical hiring initiatives. Manage budgets to execute creative and result-driven talent brand programs. With a focus on storytelling and engagement, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase Micron's unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP). My role combines strategic planning, creativity, and data-driven insights to position Micron as a employer of choice in this competitive markets across the APAC region.

Looking back on my journey, from event management and corporate communication to leading talent branding campaigns across the APAC region, the key advice definitely be, "Success is not about achieving titles, or making whatnot, its about the challenges that you have to go through and the how you embrace it will make you and build you to be better than today."
