I lead and manage the development of a robust and diverse talent pipeline for Micron in Singapore and South Asia, by continuing to strengthen and shape STEM-focused partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and develop and expand our talent pipelines across both traditional and non-traditional pathways. positioning Micron as an industry leader to attract & win the next generation of diverse, early and mid-career talents.
Working with people and playing a part in adding value to the company
In my role, I have the opportunity to work and partner with many individuals and stakeholders (both internal and externally) and knowing that my work has a direct impact towards adding value to the company as every successful hire will certainly help in the moving the organization towards the right direction.
Change is hard at first and messy, but always beautiful at the end
Change is always hard and ugly at the beginning, messy in the middle but almost certainly beautiful and fulfilling at the end. Any form of change or transformation that one goes through will always be the hardest, after all as the saying goes, "the first step is always the hardest". While journeying through the change, it might get messy, confusing and lost, but if you manage to sustain and complete it till the end, it is almost certain that it would be beautiful and fulfilling.
