Any form of change or transformation that one goes through will always be the hardest, after all as the saying goes, "the first step is always the hardest". While journeying through the change, it might get messy, confusing and lost, but if you manage to sustain and complete it till the end, it is almost certain that it would be beautiful and fulfilling.

What do you like about your job and the company?
In my role, I have the opportunity to work and partner with many individuals and stakeholders (both internal and externally) and knowing that my work has a direct impact towards adding value to the company as every successful hire will certainly help in the moving the organization towards the right direction.

The Singapore Talent Acquisition team has been recognized for its efforts in engaging, collaborating and building a robust and diverse talent pipeline by both internal stakeholders and externally, winning several awards in the last few years, i.e., "Excellence in Talent Acquisition" and "Excellence in Graduate Recruitment & Development".
