It's been an amazing and fulfilling journey. I am grateful.

I have served Micron for 3 years and started as a technical recruiter right after my graduation. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to apply for another role within the organization and I am now in the University Relations team where my primary role is focusing on internship recruitment, fresh graduate hiring, university engagements such as campus events and career fairs. Aside from that, I am also taking up additional role, where I am involved in co-coordinating in rolling out STEM activities nationwide as part of Micron and University of Malaya partnership.

I managed Penang and Johor site for internship & university events.

Expanding my network and learning how to overcome new challenges

Engaging with many more universities with regard to partnership. Planning and coordinating event on and off campus. The role enables my interaction with universities' Management team; Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice Chancellor, deans, and lecturers. In this role, I learn how to plan a program from scratch, executing them and finding solutions to unforeseen circumstances.

Always give the best and be truthful to yourself. Your attitude speaks louder than anything! People around you are able to see the potential in you so don't worry and believe in yourself!

Successfully closed most position without any external source.

This is my achievement : 1. Was promoted within 18 months since joined Micron Malaysia as fresh graduate. 2. Recognized as active user in LinkedIn for Micron Malaysia. 3. Received SPOT Bonus for able to close the technical hiring on timely manner for Engineers, Professionals and Supervisors.
