What were your expectations for this role during the first month?

I started my current role more than 3 years ago, when I transferred from another team inside Micron. Although the job title is similar, the scope is quite different. With that transition, my job responsibility changed from supporting data science projects at specific Micron site to supporting the alignment and development of data science solutions across sites. So at that time I was expecting to receive some trainings from bosses and peers to learn more about my new team, and to participate in new projects in which I can collaborate with data scientists and engineers from various Micron sites worldwide.
