Due to I haven't received my Letter of Completion (LOC) from university, my work pass cannot be proceeded. It has high possibility to extend my starting day, but my recruiter hasn't proceed my amendment letter as well. Hence, what happens if I couldn't start working as the date stated in the offer letter without signing any amendment letter.
