I received an offer as engineer in Micron Singapore in 14/9/2021. however, the entry approval is still pending, would it be withdrawn back if it takes a long time to get the entry approval

We continue to work on the entry approval with the relevant ministry, and it depends on the COVID situation in both the country you are currently in, and in Singapore. It depends on the situation of the country of departure and Singapore itself. Singapore government is regulating the entry approval to ensure the safety of the travelers and the people.
