Change is always hard and ugly at the beginning, messy in the middle but almost certainly beautiful and fulfilling at the end. Any form of change or transformation that one goes through will always be the hardest, after all as the saying goes, "the first step is always the hardest". While journeying through the change, it might get messy, confusing and lost, but if you manage to sustain and complete it till the end, it is almost certain that it would be beautiful and fulfilling.

When you are enter a new role or start learning a new skill, everything will always seem difficult or overwhelming at first. However, as time passes and you understand more about the subject, it seems to become easier. This change in perception has huge implications as the difficulty of the subject never changed, only your perception of it.
