Yes, there is a good amount of flexibility in my current role to help with the work-life balance. For example, team members are allowed to have 1-2 hours' time-off for urgent personal matters, as long as we can make up for it afterwards. In addition, this time-off policy also applies in cases where I need to do early morning or late evening calls with colleagues from other time-zones.
