I echo Darius! I have been working from the Italy office for a bit last year and it was the same, and in Japan - where i am based now - we also have autonomy.

To me, having a global network to collaborate with and to learn the BKMs from many other sites or business functions was truly a fantastic experience that Micron offers. When we truly embrace diversity and inclusion which Micron has been devoting to, it allows us to value different perspectives and viewpoints, and take into considerations the differences during decision making.
