Does the workforce in Singapore truly have autonomy over how things are run?

Hi Tuck Fu, in my workplace, I am able to choose on what I want projects I want to work on, and my own areas of concentration as well!

I echo Darius! I have been working from the Italy office for a bit last year and it was the same, and in Japan - where i am based now - we also have autonomy.
Our culture is globally local :-)

To me, having a global network to collaborate with and to learn the BKMs from many other sites or business functions was truly a fantastic experience that Micron offers. When we truly embrace diversity and inclusion which Micron has been devoting to, it allows us to value different perspectives and viewpoints, and take into considerations the differences during decision making.
