Micron is committed to support TMs career growth through various development opportunities, which includes but not limited to growing in the current role, expanding scope and responsibilities through cross-functional collaboration and project experiences, rotation program and talent mobility etc. There are various types of learning resources available for all employees, in a form of self-directed learning, OJT, facilitator-led training on different topics.
