Hey! I'm doing good, hope you're doing well too.

Let me see if i understand your question properly. When it comes to interview, whether it is online or offline, my biggest advice would be to firstly for you to understand the vibe of the company. That means do your research a bit about the company and what is expected of the job position that you're applying for.

Advice #1: When you're talking during the interview, make sure that you keep your message you're communicating clear, authentic and be confident. During my interview, the method I used was storytelling. When you're telling a story, it'll be better in the sense of communicating the story of who you, what drive you and also how you can add value to the company. ALWAYS ties back you experience back to the role or the the company's mission.

Advice #2: If the setting is Offline, make sure you dress better than expected (remember, first impression matters). Make sure you're early (I live with the princip of "If you're 5 mins early, you're on time; if you're on time, you're 5 mins late"). Be professional and carry a notebook, this way they know that you're serious about the interview and prepared; it'll feels more engaging.

If it's ONLINE, find good lighting, a quiet background and make sure you test everything before the interview. When answering, make sure to look at the camera not the screen, cause you want the people to feel like they are engaging with you, not having the feel as if you're reading. You can have your notes, keep it close by, just glance when is needed.

The most important advice: Be the best version of yourself, be REAL & authentic. Also, the interview is 2 ways, you can talk as well as listen what is being communicated to you.

I hope this helps! Good luck, I wish the best to you.

Take care.
