Marco P.
My onboarding at Micron was actually extremely smooth. After every step of my interview process I was receiving feedbacks very quicky and instructions about the next steps.
After getting an actual offer I met the recruiter in charge of my position and she took the time to go through all the details, explain me all the necessary things, and answered to all my question. I really felt at ease, I never felt she was in a rush with me.
The very first day at Micron actually has been a bit overwhelming, but in my experience that is normal in any company you go, as there are a lot of new things you have to learn such as new systems, internal vocabulary, abbreviations, the structure of the company etc.
Overall I would say 10/10 :-)
