I used to work in a team that’s based in Singapore, we met and had water cooler talk and serious project discussions F-F every day, they are my co-workers, but more like my project partners, buddies who I trusted and felt very pleasant to work with. Since I joined the global team after the Pandemic started in 2020, our team met weekly or more regular on zoom, besides being my colleagues, they are my trusted partners and advisors on different subjects or domains, they gave me valuable feedback to help me grow, and they are the one who sent me flowers when I was sick, and we celebrated the birthdays for each other in our virtual team meetings.
