How do you work in a team in your job?

One of Micron`s core value is collaboration, we always work as a team. In my case my supervisor and my peer are based in US, so the only overlapping time for us is morning in Japan / afternoon in US. Therefore usually in the morning I have several meetings, things I have to follow up with my team, brainstorming sessions etc. while in the afternoon I work with my team members in Asia (India, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan and China. And sometimes Europe).
