Country Head of Talent Acquisition, Singapore
I have been on many projects and all of them were as rewarding, however, picking a more recent project that I had the opportunity of being a part of it would be the Micron Chip Camp. It is a signature program sponsored by Micron Foundation as part of our push to increase awareness and interest in STEM & Semiconductor to secondary and K12 students. The most recent Micron Chip Camp was held in collaboration with Science Centre Singapore and was targeted at girls from different secondary schools in Singapore. It was a resounding success being able to bring the 'Art' into STEM (STEAM) in the many interactive and engaging workshops that the students participated in. Its always heartwarming that we continue to raise awareness and interest in STEM and Semiconductor to the future talents of our workforce and to enable equitable opportunities for all.
